Some of the most valuable operational knowledge isn't publicly available. It lives in the everyday work of real companies — how teams solve problems, coordinate projects, share knowledge and make decisions.
That historical knowledge may help AI systems better understand real-world business operations. micro1 is exploring commercial licensing arrangements with businesses that have relevant data.
micro1 is an AI company working on data and evaluation for advanced AI systems. In October 2026, it announced a $1 billion commitment to enterprise data acquisition over the following 12 months.
This is a potential commercial data licensing transaction — not a loan, investment or sale of equity.
AI can learn a lot from the internet. But it can't easily see how real businesses operate behind the scenes.
Historical workplace communications, project discussions and examples of employees coordinating their work.
Standard operating procedures, workflows, internal processes and playbooks.
Examples of troubleshooting, decision-making, quality assurance and issue resolution.
Project histories, task coordination, timelines and operational documentation.
Knowledge bases, training materials and documentation that helps employees do their jobs.
Passwords, payment details and other sensitive information unrelated to an agreed licensing purpose should not be provided. Exact scope must be reviewed with micro1.
Any data considered for licensing must be assessed for confidentiality, privacy, ownership and necessary permissions. The specific data, protections and permitted uses must be agreed directly with micro1.
micro1 is exploring partnerships with established businesses across a wide range of industries — including technology, finance, professional services, healthcare, construction, hospitality and logistics.
Companies with meaningful operating history, established processes and substantial internal documentation may be particularly relevant. Not sure if you're a fit? An introductory conversation can help establish that.
